Ear Piercing
Do I need an appointment for ear piercing?
No — we are walk-in only. Just come in during opening hours, Monday to Saturday 11:30am–5:10pm.
Is baby ear piercing safe?
Yes. We use the traditional Caflon piercing system with 9ct gold earrings, specifically chosen for their safety on infant skin. Caflon aftercare solution is included with every piercing at no extra cost.
What system do you use for ear piercing?
We use the Caflon professional ear piercing system — a trusted old-fashioned method. Our owner has held a Caflon Professional Ear Piercing Diploma since 23rd July 2008.
Is it needle piercing?
No — we use the traditional Caflon system, not needle piercing.
Is aftercare included?
Caflon aftercare solution is provided with every baby ear piercing, otherwise it is a £3 add-on.
How much does ear piercing cost?
Both ears £12 | One ear £10 | Baby ear piercing (9ct gold) £25 | Nose piercing £15.
What age can babies get their ears pierced?
We regularly pierce babies and young children. For clients under 16, parental consent is required. If you have any concerns, we recommend speaking with your GP.
Does ear piercing hurt?
The Caflon system is designed to be fast and minimise discomfort, especially for young children.
Eyebrow Threading
How much is eyebrow threading?
Just £5 — one of the most affordable prices in Birmingham city centre.
How experienced is your threading specialist?
Our owner has been threading eyebrows for over 35 years. It is her personal speciality.
Does threading hurt?
There may be minimal discomfort but it is very quick and for most people far less irritating than waxing.
How long does eyebrow threading take?
Usually takes just under 5 minutes.
Waxing
Do you offer body waxing?
Yes — a full range of face and body waxing treatments starting from £6.
Should I tell you about skin sensitivities before waxing?
Yes — always let us know about any skin sensitivities, allergies or medical conditions before your treatment.

Do you take appointments or bookings?
No — we are walk-in only. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Monday to Saturday, 11:30am–5:10pm. Closed Sundays, bank holidays and during seasonal breaks.
