Do I need to book an appointment?

No! We are a strictly walk-in salon. Just pop in during our opening hours (Monday–Saturday 11:30am–5:10pm) and we will see you as quickly as possible.

How old does my baby need to be for ear piercing?

We pierce babies from 3 months old and upwards. We use the extremely safe, gentle Caflon system.

Is baby ear piercing done with a needle?

No, we use the Caflon cassette system, which is widely considered the safest and most hygienic way to pierce ear lobes. It is incredibly fast and gentle.

What jewelry do you use for babies?

We strictly use 9ct gold studs for babies to ensure the absolute lowest risk of allergy or infection.

How should I care for a new piercing?

Clean the area twice a day using the Caflon Natural Solution (included free with baby piercings, £3 otherwise). Always wash your hands first, apply the solution, and gently rotate the stud 180 degrees.
