Legal Notice. Sunshine Beautician is a walk-in beauty service located in the Indoor Market, next to the Rag Market in Birmingham. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not take appointments.

All treatments are carried out by trained professionals. Customers must inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before receiving a treatment. For piercings, customers must disclose relevant medical history (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, allergies to anaesthetics or metals, etc.). Sunshine Beautician is not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

Pricing & Refund Policy

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds are provided for completed services. All piercings including nose rings, studs, and other jewellery are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

We keep all personal information confidential and stored securely in Outlook email. For piercing services, we collect necessary personal and medical details in compliance with public health regulations. These records are confidential and stored for at least three years. We do not sell or share customer data. Consent & Record Keeping

By receiving a piercing, you consent to providing relevant medical information. We maintain records as legally required and do not perform piercings without the appropriate documentation.
