Please raise any concerns about your treatment or piercing with management before leaving the premises, so we have an opportunity to discuss them and address any immediate issues.

Refunds Policy

We do not normally offer refunds for completed services simply because a customer has changed their mind. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Allergies and Sensitivities

Please disclose any allergies, metal sensitivities, skin conditions or relevant medical concerns before your treatment or piercing. For children, their parent or legal guardian must disclose any relevant information.

Piercings and Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, we do not normally accept change-of-mind refunds or exchanges for completed piercing services or jewellery that has been used, opened or fitted. Your legal rights regarding faulty goods or services remain unaffected.
